WB Group (Grupa WB)

WB Group describes itself as the largest private company in Poland's defense industry, and it develops robotics mainly in the area of unmanned systems. Its portfolio includes FlyEye miniature unmanned aerial systems, tactical drones, loitering munitions, C4ISR command and reconnaissance systems under the TOPAZ ICMS brand, the FONET digital communications platform and e-mobility infrastructure.

This is not industrial or service robotics but military-grade unmanned systems, a segment in which the closest Polish company is Warsaw's Twist Robotics, though it operates on a much smaller scale and supplies components rather than complete combat platforms.

WB Group's strengths are its scale, its own financing and its position as Poland's leading exporter of unmanned weapon systems; its weakness is the closed, classified nature of some products, which makes public technical data or prices hard to find. The products are not aimed at civilian customers or available in ordinary retail sales in Poland; the buyer is primarily the military and the services.
