FRDM Group

FRDM Group is a Ukrainian developer of the D-21 family of wheeled logistics UGVs: the unarmed D-21-11 and the D-21-12R with a remote weapon station carrying a 12.7 mm Browning M2. The vehicles carry 200 kg, have an official control range of 5 km, a quiet electric drive, low-pressure tyres that stay driveable after being shot through and a control channel designed to resist jamming.

Ukraine's defence ministry codified the D-21 in January 2025, after a full-load test over 18 km. FRDM Group publishes neither headquarters, founding year nor a website; the company is known only through press reports on the codification.
