EGZOTech of Gliwice, founded in 2008 by Michal Mikulski, makes rehabilitation robots controlled by EMG signals. Its flagship is the Luna EMG (a mobility robot for the upper and lower body, priced at 170,000 to 300,000 PLN (≈ EUR 68,620 at NBP rate 4.3716 of 20 October 2026), sold in about 120 units to hospitals and clinics), along with Sidra LEG, Meissa OT and the portable Stella BIO device.
The company's revenue grew from about 0.5 million PLN (≈ EUR 0.11 million) in 2016 to 8 million PLN (≈ EUR 1.83 million) in 2019, and it went from a loss to a profit of 2.5 million PLN (≈ EUR 0.57 million), earning it 5th place in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe ranking. Against the Swiss leader in robotic rehabilitation, Hocoma (maker of the Lokomat system), EGZOTech stands out by using EMG control instead of classic exoskeleton robotics.
The company operates in Poland from its base in Gliwice, so domestic availability and service are complete.
